International delivery times are estimates and we appreciate your patience. Customs checks in your destination country can sometimes add a few extra days to your delivery.
What About Customs and Import Taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees applied by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
How Can You Track Your Order?
The moment your order ships, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
What Counts as a Business Day?
Business days are Monday through Friday, not including U.S. public holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods, there may be small delays.
What If You Entered the Wrong Address?
Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, reach out to us as soon as you can — we're only able to make changes before your order ships.
What Happens If Your Parcel Is Lost or Damaged?
If your order goes missing or arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery — and include photos if there's any damage. We'll happily arrange a replacement or a refund for you.
